The Environmental Assessment (EA) for the I-65/I-70 North Split Interchange Reconstruction in downtown Indianapolis is now available for public review and comment. INDOT is hosting two sessions – one virtual presentation and one in-person public hearing – to present the EA. Note: Comments on the EA are requested by August 17, 2020.
VIRTUAL PRESENTATION – JULY 30
The virtual presentation was July 30 and was broadcast on Indianapolis Government Access Channel 16.
PUBLIC HEARING – AUGUST 3
The traditional, in-person public hearing will be Monday, August 3, at 4 p.m. at the Ivy Tech Community College Culinary and Conference Center at 2820 N. Meridian St., Indianapolis, IN 46208. Doors open at 4 p.m. The formal presentations begin at 4:30 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Public hearing attendees are required to wear masks and practice social distancing. Attendees who do not have a mask will be provided one, and hand sanitation stations will be available. The audience for the formal presentation will be limited to 66 on a first-come, first-served basis. The public may provide testimony immediately following the presentations.
