Completing the environmental process on a project this size requires coordination and cooperation with many state, local and federal resource and permitting agencies. Given the potential impact the environment, neighborhoods, businesses, recreational lands, and historic properties, these agencies will provide critical input on nearly every aspect of the project.
RESOURCE AGENCY MEETINGS
The project team will meet with environmental resource agencies at the following milestones:
- Project scoping/kickoff
- Purpose and need and preliminary alternatives
- Preferred alternative and mitigation (public hearing)
