The Federal Highway Administration issued its Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the North Split Project on September 25, 2020.

Subsequent to reviewing and considering all comments and materials received as a result of the public hearing on August 3, 2020, and public comment period that ended on August 17, 2020, INDOT will advance this project to the next phase of development with construction anticipated to take place in late 2020, 2021 and 2022.
